MESAF Director-General closed Two Days of Psychosocial Support training for the GBV Service Providers

Each incident of GBV is a violation of an individual’s rights that can have a significant impact on a survivor’s safety, health, and quality of life. Survivors of GBV can suffer significant health consequences. GBV survivors experience a range of psychological and social consequences, and it is key to provide the necessary Psychosocial Support needed. To strengthen the Gender-Based Violence Service Providers skills, the Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs & Family has conducted two days of extensive Psychosocial Support training for the GBV Service Providers. Director-General, Mr. Abdirashid Ibrahim has officially closed the training.
