The Minister of Employment, Social Affairs & Family, Hon. Mustafe Mohamoud Ali together with Director-General Abdirashid Ibrahim Abdirahman has received Mr. Ali Abdi, an active Somaliland Diaspora member who is a Consultant to Wales and Africa & Welsh Government on International Learning Opportunities Programme (ILO). Mr. Ali made it possible for Somaliland to be included in the programme alongside #Lesotho, #Namibia & #Uganda.The International Learning Opportunities Program (ILO) provides a unique opportunity to spend 8 weeks in Lesotho, Namibia, Somaliland, or Uganda to the citizens of that nations.
