Final public consultation meeting on the draft Labour Unions Bill
The Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs, and Family convened the final public consultation meeting on the draft Labour Unions Bill with the existing trade unions, the private sector, and legal professionals - this was to validate the feedbacks that we have collected from the Somaliland regions during the regional consultation exercises.Regional consultation meetings have been finalized and the bill will be submitted to the cabinet in the coming weeks. The bill aims to organize trade unions & employer’s associations & ensure the quality of their operations.
